    • Packs & product purchased from Queen Collectibles will be opened on live streams by default. If you have a specific request to keep your order unopened, please contact our customer support before the scheduled live stream.

    • All content on the Queen Collectibles website, including but not limited to logos, images, videos, and text, is the property of Queen Collectibles and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  4. Refund Policy:

    • Please review our Refund Policy before making a purchase. Once a pack is opened on a live stream, the cards inside are considered damaged and non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
