Refund Policy for Queen Collectibles:

Thank you for choosing Queen Collectibles for your collecting needs. We strive to provide a unique and exciting experience for our customers. Please take a moment to review our refund policy before making a purchase.

1. Live Stream Opening:

   • Product purchased from Queen Collectibles will be opened on live streams by default, providing an engaging and interactive experience for our customers.

   • If you have a specific request to keep your order unopened, please contact us via queencollectiblesaus@gmail.com to receive confirmation of this request prior to ordering.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable:

   • Once a product is opened on a live stream, the cards/product inside are considered damaged and, therefore, non-returnable and non-refundable.

   • This policy includes all cards and product, including those obtained in duck races and mystery towers/bags

3. Non-Exchangeable:

   • Due to the nature of our rip'n'ship business and the unique content inside each pack, we cannot offer exchanges for opened packs or individual cards.

4. Change of Mind:

   • We encourage you to throughly read product descriptions as we do not accept returns/cancellations for change of mind. 
     

5. Refund Policy Agreement:

   • By making a purchase from Queen Collectibles, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of our refund policy.
