    • Queen Collectibles ships to addresses within Australia and selected international countries.

  4. Live Stream Pack Openings:

    • Packs purchased from Queen Collectibles will be opened on live streams by default. If you have a specific request to keep your pack unopened, please contact our us before the scheduled live stream/opening.

  5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package.

  6. Delivery Time:

    • The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control.

  7. Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • Queen Collectibles is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. (Australia Post)

  8. Address Accuracy:

    • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Queen Collectibles is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  9. Exceeding Limit of Weight of the Package:

  • Where a package exceeds the limit stipulated in the shipping either 5kg for Australia. An additional charge of shipping will be required. Items can be held until such time the limit is reached and appropriate shipping has been paid.
